I worked my upper body today, and did pretty good on most of it. I was pretty fatigued at the end so my biceps kind of sucked. Here are the stats:
- Chest - 90
- Shoulders - 50
- Lat - 90
- Tri - 50
- Bicep - 20
Not too horrible, but definitely not my best today.
