No, I am still running the marathon in November. That has yet to change. What changed is that I am modifying my schedule for this week. Instead of an 11 mile run tomorrow, I am doing 4 miles instead. The main reason for the change is that Monday, I am running the Super Jock-n-Jill Half-Marathon. I signed up after some prodding from my friends yesterday. Wish me luck!
Here is this weeks and next weeks updated schedule:
Saturday - 4 Miles Easy
Monday - 13.1 Miles Half-Marathon
Wednesday - 5 Miles
Thursday - 4 Miles
Saturday - 12 Miles
After that I get back on my normal training schedule.
