Easy 3 miles scheduled for today. My legs are a bit sore from Saturday's activities, but I expected this, as I haven't run that far on the road. I didn't get too much sleep last night, as I went to be a bit late, but got a good 6 hours nonetheless. I'll be in bed earlier tonight though.
This run was scheduled for an easy 3 miles, and as such I hit the treadmill to pound out a few miles. I set it to a 2% grade and set the pace to just under 11:00 pace. I did get my heart rate a bit higher than I wanted, but it wasn't like I was suffering too badly there. I ran my 3.1 miles in just about 35 minutes, and warmed-up and cooled-down for a total of 42 minutes.
