Old Clothes....Old Life

I am getting ready to move, and one of my tasks before I move out of my current apartment is to go through all my old clothes that don't fit anymore and donate them to charity. Yesterday, I started going through them. I looked at all the sizes, and styles and realized that not only did I wear crappy looking clothes, but I have really lost a significant amount of weight. I was wearing 4X and 5X shirts, and 60" waist pants. I must have bagged up 6 kitchen trashbags full of these tent-like articles. This weekend I head to GoodWill to see if they want them. If not, then they will go on CraigsList for free before I throw them out. It is hard to believe those clothes used to fit me really well. I wear XL shirts and 40" pants nowadays, and these are starting to get baggy as well. Going through my old clothes gave me a tremendous feeling of accomplishment.

Today I woke up, weighed myself (215 pounds, yay!) and headed out to do my morning routine. I walked outside and it was nice but cold out, so I grabbed my knit cap and headed out on the road for a short 2 mile run. Then headed inside for a 30 minute bike ride for 10.8 miles on level 7-8.
