Keep in mind that I am not quite back to 6 miles. I did 3.22 miles today on the treadmill in about 40 minutes. Then I hopped on the elliptical machine and did another 3 miles at level 5 on a cross-training aerobic setting.
All in all a pretty good workout.
I am down to 211 lbs today too. Cool eh?
