I started training for a 5k on Jan 1st. Doing the Couch to 5K program. Week 1 showed me that I really needed to do this again. Wish me luck.

Some days, you can't seem to get out of bed. Others, you leap up energetic and head outside to jog, only to find that it is raining out. This blog is a journal of my running and fitness efforts. I am post gastric bypass surgery patient who is starting once again to live a free, active and happy life.
